Today was a gorgeous spring day.
The kind of day where the car windows just have to be down.
The breeze has to be blowing through your hair.
The music has to be a bit louder.
OK…much louder.

I love to make iPod mixes…worship, instrumental, singer/songwriter…but today was POP.
I had so much fun singing along…drumming on the steering wheel as I drove.
Come on…you do it, too!

We all have places we visit when we need to rejuvenate…to quiet our souls.

One of my favorite places is Lancaster County.
Being a Pennsylvanian all my life, Amish country is just a short car ride away.
Driving on the country roads, seeing the farmland, cornfields with perfect borders, old barns, cows, colorful clotheslines…all of this provides rest for my soul.
